Our family decided to visit Cebu Safari and Adventure Park located in Carmen, Cebu last 27 November 2022. It was indeed a fun trip. We left our hotel at exactly 0700H since the travel time is about 1 hour and 27 minutes. It was a long drive but you may opt to visit the area for a day tour only and you don’t really need to check in at the resort to enjoy the whole view. I highly suggest that you stay within the resort for maybe 3 days to fully maximize your adventure. By the way, we went there renting out a sedan car so as to add more comfort since we are bringing the kids. You may also ride a bus. If you decide to, you may go to North Bus Terminal in Cebu City. take the bus going to Carmen. The bus rate is within 150php. Get down in Carmen Plaza, you will see the signage of Van for Cebu Safari. When we arrived there, we immediately rushed to buy tickets. The regular Park ticket is Php 900 on Weekdays and Php 1,100 on Weekends & on Holidays. It includes access to the Park and all animal exhibits, interactions, newly expanded Michel Gardens, Bird Show, expanded African Savanna, and White Lion Safari. A little tip though, you may avail yourself of the free entrance if it is your birth month.
As soon as we entered the premises, we were asked to ride the resort’s cart and it immediately proceeded to our first stop. The resort by the way is divided into sections. There is an aviary, where you can find different kinds of local and imported birds. You can also watch Giraffe, Cheetah, Crocodiles, Orangutans, Zebra, Different birds. There is also a very good bird show to highlight the talents and abilities of trained birds.
Sit back in the comfort of a Safari cart, as you enjoy a 60-minute guided tour of the Park’s spacious African or Asian savanna habitats, led by one of our knowledgeable guides.
